Tør øl med tydelige belgiske noter og præg af brettanomyces eller også er mine smagsløg forstyrrede... Fadlagringen er ikke så tydelig. Meget kraftigt karboneret! Ikke min favorit, men uden tvivl en velbrygget øl!

Leaves something to be desired. Overpoweringly hoppy and yeasty in flavour, this bière brut was not what I expected. The carbonation does look grand though, especially out of a champaign flute!
