Excellent Lambic, dry, tart and sharply sour with plenty of delicious raspberry flavours. Has some faint oak as well. Refreshing and easy drinking

A bit sharp on the sour. A but too much acidic bight. Some bright berry through the mid and harsh end. Somehow stays away from the bleach feel of a crazy hi alc sour. But still, a bit much.

Very distinctive, almost soapy taste in the beginning, which I can not recognize

Very vivid tartness. I like very well characterized into one direction. When keep this beer in my mouth long, i can feel the sweetness of raspberry.
