Very nice sour! Not sweet, not too acidic, but zingy taste.

Nawet kwaśne - chociaż ja bym się nie obraził, jakby bardziej. Minimalnie cierpkie. Owocowe, maliny są, soczek trochę. Lekkie, orzeźwiające, bardzo pijalne.

Hallo Himbeer Berliner Weisse. Typically light wheat body and tart sourness, and on top of all that, plenty of raspberry, both jam and fruit. Maybe even a bit too much, as it slightly overruns the crispness. Bit salty too. Solid example of the style.

17.07. woke up in the middle of the night, had this one and went back to sleep. Light, tart, berry. I know it's a Berliner, but God did I want more body and more raspberry!
