Lots happening here. There's a lactose sweetness that comes through before the warming alcohol and then chilli hit, and the hit is straight on the back of your throat! Quite fun, definitely worth a sup

Daft idea, but don’t really get all the promised flavours sadly.

Beetroot, Chilli & Volcanic Salt was only ever going to mean intensity, earthiness and dry heat. And that’s what this does to be fair to it!

Dry but juicy peaches & apricots. Tannic & tart finish

Deep, juicy stone fruit. Skin on peach and apricot dominates. Soft sourness and hints of digestive biscuits throughout. Light tannins add a subtle dryness to the finish.

Absolutely not. Can't taste a thing.

Disappointingly thin & nondescript- getting some peach & not much else

Refreshing and light, not too sour. Good for hot weather

Black cherry flesh, dry tannins from the skins and the oak, a touch of tobacco leaf and a tinge of marzipan. Slightly balsamic sourness throughout. A light herbal twang creeps into the finish. Enjoyed that!

Very dry, very acidic, high tannic value & vinegary edge (little too much for me in this case) dark Cherry skins. Quite viscous too.

Henry Hops is off his Chops! As I will be after a few more! Lovely drop, light and citrusy with a slight bitter bite

Grainy and biscuity malts, watery grapefruit and a tinge of fresh pine. It's not bad, not all the flavours fade far too quickly.
