Mikkeller pay attention to detail and it's apparent here. The raspberry is very well balanced by the wheat, and although the first sip is very sharp indeed, it spins settles down on the palate from there. Jakub J. wouldn't agree...

Doesn’t taste like beer really! It’s lovely though. A very light raspberry sour beer - very different
