Hallo Himbeer Berliner Weisse. Typically light wheat body and tart sourness, and on top of all that, plenty of raspberry, both jam and fruit. Maybe even a bit too much, as it slightly overruns the crispness. Bit salty too. Solid example of the style.

Makeus vähän hiinä ja hiinä meneekö yli oman hyvän maun rajan, mutta kiva kirpakkuus johdattelee huomiota toisaalle mahdollistaen mukavan juomiskokemuksen. Kuivakka lopetus ei tästä tosin parasta janojuomaa tee.

Hedelmä tosi tukeva ja kirpakka maku. Melko vaikee sanoa hyvää tai pahaa. Erikoinen. Why not.

17.07. woke up in the middle of the night, had this one and went back to sleep. Light, tart, berry. I know it's a Berliner, but God did I want more body and more raspberry!
