Awfully sweet from the bottle but pretty interesting in several hours. So beer also needs aeration?

Rich dark truffle chocolate, caramels from the barrel. Lovely level of sweetness, smooth dark malts and hidden alcohol.

Here we go, sat on this for awhile. Bad ending but cheers for Tyrion, John snow, and castle black. Easy drinking black stout. Cheers to the enjoyment of thrones and the Vikes season, the ride has been a incredible. 🍻

This is an excellent stout. It took me a year to get to it, but it was worth it. Great barrel character aroma and flavor throughout.

Coffee, dark creamy chocolate, tobacco, bourbon and vanilla. Sweet and smooth mouthfeel, well balanced and the barrel very well integrated. Good bourbon barrel aged stout!
