Très (trop) amère, bière qui a mal vieillie en cave a perdu de ses arômes. 18.8° quand même mais pas trop présent. Dommage...

Kopstoot van een stout. Koffie, cacao, drop, peper & een resterende bitterheid. Te zwaar om hoger te scoren.

Heavy shit. Tastes like a mixture of fossil oil, asphalt and Asbestos. Qualified to fix leaking roofing paper.

Vintage 2007. Toffee and vanilla. Charcoal and dessert wine. Pretty much the best that this beer has ever been.

Había probado esta poderosa Imperial Stout en lata hace 2 años con 16% de alcohol y ahora la volví a encontrar pero en botella y con 15% de alcohol, mis respetos para esta cerveza que parece petróleo al servirse en copa. Notas acarameladas van de la mano.

I am confused with this one! Upon its first sip you feel the barrel excellency and a pleasant sweet taste, but immediately it disappears, leaving an overwhelming bitterness! Very boozy also. Very strange but not bad.

This is one of the better text book stouts out there. Everything about it is in it's prime! Nothing to complain about. It is the primal stout. Great on it's own and a perfect base for barreling.

Licorosa, tostada y acaramelada con notas a café y dulzor de chocolate amargo. La nota de alcohol y a calor es muy intensa. Amargor terroso de intensidad alta y especiado medio. Calor intenso al final del trago.

Oei, dit viel tegen. Te zoet en een onaangename bitterheid. Gebrouwen met champagnegist. Mss zorgt dat voor die rare balans.
