Epsiode backlog: 2019 edition. Looks beautiful. Aroma liqourice and vanille. Taste is the same with coffee notes in the end. The high ABV is a bit noisy though. Drink it with some friends!

An incredibly intense, rollercoaster ride of an imperial stout. Big sweetness, huge boozy kick, smoked coffee and dry ashy finish.

Odd one. Decided to drink it because winter has returned - it's rainy and cold outside and I wanted something to warm me up inside. Smells of a dark, boozy stout. Initial taste is overly sweet, thickness. Quickly mellows out to an outstanding aftertaste.

Sledgehammer of dark malty imperial double goodness. Probably a bottle that you share cos it’s too intense with the flavors to drink the whole bottle alone.

Had this in storage for 7 years. It was very boozy when fresh. Not boozy at all now, but coffee-flavours and aroma has poppes out! Still good, very distinct flavours. Maturing/storage is funny :-)

Etiket zegt dat "maar" 16,5% is, varieert misschien per jaar. Ruikt wat gebrand, smaak zet aan als (heel) zoete koffie, wordt dan zeer likeurachtig. Het zoete blijft wel domineren, je voelt wel een warme alcoholgloed. De alcohol smaakt zeker niet door.

MHB: januar 2018. Meget boozy, men også dyb, en bund af tørret frugt og chokolade med fin lakrids og bitterhed i eftersmagen.

Gissningsvis runt 4-5 år gammal. Härligt bitter, mycket whiskey, lite för mycket alkohol för toppbetyg.

2015 bottling, time doesn’t heel that bitterness but it works well with the massive ABV.
