Tasting at home, three different levels of bitterness, 0IBU, 1000IBU and 3000IBU. Sweetness, thickness. Yummy.

It is bitter, but oh so delicious. The sweetness balances really nicely against the bitterness, and it is very flavorful.

Both me and Tobias is chocked that the 3000 is the best one of the 3. Not as sweet as the 0 and not as boozy as the 1000

Nah, even though a good brew, at these high ABV it's hard to hide the booziness.

Heavy duty. Thick and very sweet. Easily shared and appreciated around the table.

Much like the 1000 IBU, I tried 3000 IBU with the purpose of finding the upper limit of well-tasting bitter beers. I believe I've found it. 3000 IBU is more bitter than its predecessor but much of the hoppy nuance of the latter is drowned as a result.

先週飲んだのにつけそびれてた。いやーーー。ようやく出会えた！と思って飲んでみた感想としては、「あま〜〜〜いっ！」って感じでした。ようやく現れた白馬の王子様が意外にも女々しかった、みたいな。モルト感！そして強い！すでにアルコールでたぷたぷだったので、ゆっくーーり味わわせていただきました。

Serien har gått mot sitt slut och här sitter jag nu måttligt rund om fötterna sedan den tidigare fick dra sin del i hamn. 3000 IBU, sista bossen maltdryck, ohyggligt hög bitter, stans bra med sprit, fruktig men förvånansvärt god! Är mycket imponerad!
