Intense sour cherries with lots of tartness, a bit of bitterness and notes of marcipan and coconut.

2019 is not that sour and fresh as 2021. More traditional Cherry tart taste in 2021 and more oak and less fruityness in The 2019.

Cherries are clear in the aroma, flavor almost have an almond swettness to it...could be a nice complementary option for a dessert

Spent a fuck load on this then shat myself when I saw it was made at De Proef after a few bad and a load of average beers from them. This is superb though.
