Première fois que je bois une bière comme çà. C'est très déroutant. Un ouragan de fine bulles en bouche. Un goût prononcé de cerise mais loin d'être écœurant. La texture est à mi chemin entre le champagne et la bière. Excellent.

Ratebeer 99/86. 2019. Пару авосек датской вишни из острова Лолланд в бельгийском кулшипе. Очень красивый пурпурный цвет. Розовая пена средней стойкости.Аромат хорошая вишня, конфитюр, красное вино, вищневый пирог, боетты немного. Богатый, интересный

I’ll start by saying this beer is beautiful! Deep crimson red. Metallic on the nose but soon enough you get cherry. On the palate you get a perfect balance between sweet and sour cherries, slightly acidic but not overwhelming. Medium body, short finish

As sour as a sour can be. Absolutely blows my mind on how amazing and tart it can be. Really heavy stuff too. Good stuff but you can’t have too much.

Border line beer-wine hybrid. Deep and intense cherry bursting through with a dry, tannic sourness on the end. Some lingering vanilla wrapped in a thick and juicy body. A nice example of sweet and sour mixing well
