Very interesting mix of wild ale with the roses that came out sweet. But roses a bit too dominant. Chardonnay aged nice and interesting

Klar bärnsten i färg, stilla bubbel, ljusbrunt bubbligt skum. Blommig doft, inslag av ekfat. Porlande, frisk munkänsla. Smak av jästigt, ekfatslagrat, fruktigt sött, starkt parfymliknande inslag av rosor, vinöst, avslut med viss beska. Lite för blommig...

Как будто смешали два разных пива и не взболтали. Тут и горечь ипы и кислинка фламандского эля. Не скажу что плохо, но и не супер. И чуть-чуть вкуса «шампуня». Еще раз нужно попробовать.

Brett and cider notes up front. Tannic barrel notes, stone fruit and vanilla. Sweeter than I wanted, but the beer doesn’t necessarily suffer for it. Don’t know if I caught the roses, but I wasn’t looking for them this time. Would drink again wouldn’t buy.

True definition of funk. Floral, slightly tart but well balanced and not boozy at all even at over 10% ABV.
