Traditionaalisen stoutin linjoilla. Vahvaa katkeruutta jälkimaussa. Hunajaa ja raalakaakaota. Tasapainoinen ja prosentteihin nähden lempeä.

This is an excellent stout that is heavy on the cocoa nib nites and malty goodness. The high ABV is apparent in the tasting notes and reminds of a classic full bodied stout with some more complexity and nuance without being thick or syrup-y.

Great dessert stout style beer. Lots of chocolate, sweet and syrupy, with a sophisticated roasted finish.

Godt eksempel på, hvorfor forkert temperatur kan ødelægge førstehåndsindtrykket. Fra køleskabet var den skarp, bitter og lidt sprittet, men efter at være varmet på til 12-15 grader, åbnede den sig med langt større dybde, masser af mørk chokolade og kaffe.
