Summit hops plus coriander, grains of paradise and bitter orange peel. Not really up to being a Belgian Wit beer but not bad.

Day 15. On the nose: Belgian yeast. Sweet hints of apricots and orange. Slightly spicy. Taste: a hopped up wit. Very drinkable. Spicy notes from coriander and the yeast. Orange zest. A good winter wit all in all.

Jag håller inte wit som favoritstil men den här var över förväntan. Såpass att jag kanske blir sugen på att utveckla smaklökarna😄
