• old bottle (BB: 22/11/27), but these often ages well (dates back to 2015 or before) • I assume the oak aging plays a bigger part now • more like apricot and oak in nose • less tart flavor, more round and sour plus slightly dry in the end • 👍🏽NiCOlai

The usual sharp sourness of the grainy spontan base combined with bright passionfruit.

Duft af aggressiv sour og en anelse frugtsødme, smag af solid sour pænt understøttet af frugtsødme / passionsfrugt, eftersmag af samme med lidt mere bid af grape.

Standard Spontan, sour acid in spades. Passionfruit is very subtle at the back. Some smoked applewood helped me enjoy it more.
