Pretty tasty. More fruity and sweet than 2021.

A second vintage of the same beer. Its not as spiced. Less barrel influence and stronger fruit in this one. Not sure which i prefer more. Both good!

Strong cherry notes. Almost a bit wine-y. Surprisingly has a kick of spice like cinnamon or something. From the oak barrels? Spontan tasting day 3? Just two more after this

Very tart! Rivalling the first one we have with bergamot. It even has that meatiness that fruited lambics tend to gave as well

I dont get why Rollo K. Thinks its rancid. I like this! Its tart and chockfull of berry notes. Not the most complex but its appreciated after the previous earthy two spontans. Number 4 out of 10!

I LOVE this. The earthiness of the beetroot compliments the funk, creating a wondrous complex delight.

Huh beetroot lambic is something Cantillon would have to attempt if they havent already. Smells like those fried beetroot chips you get at some gastropub. The taste is not as sweet but more complex than the carrot. Still lovely overall! Spontan 3/10

Spontan 2/10. Off the bat it smells sweeter. Still brett-y but balanced with some earthy sweetness. Kinda like some fancy tropical carrot juice mix from some fancy LA juicery.

I like this. Intense bergamot juice (aromatic notes of bergamot blending with grapefruit bitterness). It could use just a bit more funk to balance it out.
