Last beer in the cellar purchased from The Mill on Constance before it closed, from late 2019. Boozy lemon and whisky. Nice sour flavour and caramel in the body as the chill wipes off. Great on a hot day watching Day 5 of the 3rd Test v South Africa.

A delicious Imperial Lambic (!) brewed with lemon zest and aged in bourbon barrels. Malty, sour, fruity. Really great stuff!!!
