Utterly gorgeous bottle, sharp yuzu taste but still retaining that Belgium yeast mouth feel. Not too carbonated but it really works for this beer.

Unbelievable transmission of the Yuzu fruit. So light, still intense and refreshing af. Perfect fit in foodpairing it with all the awesome Ramen served there. Thank you Takuro and Hiromu F. ! That was special!

2017.10 コペンハーゲンのミッケラー経営のラーメン屋で出してるラーメンに合うビールとな。柚子らしいが柚子感わからなかった。むしろ醤油のような香ばしい味。
