Totally unique for me for now and therefore special. Taste is a combination of a sour lambic without nearly any carbonation due to the long storage in barrels & bottles and the taste of a barley wine. Tastes perfect in its way so show me something better.

Unbelievable transmission of the Yuzu fruit. So light, still intense and refreshing af. Perfect fit in foodpairing it with all the awesome Ramen served there. Thank you Takuro and Hiromu F. ! That was special!

More intense in nose than in taste with it's smoky and peaty notes givin through the various malt combination. Less strong in taste than I expected. Makes it easier to sip it.

A full on taste with a bit too much sourness which is so hard to level on cold basis. "Session" Porter is very optimistic to say. I would leave it as Porter in my case. 😄

Won't rate my beers through the last month descriptionwise too much but remembering it was a noble night with that fellas with those lambics. This one convinced me last. Was too much 'just' a juice.

Long time no tap. But I had indeed this one for the real number 400. An experience you don't wanna miss. Especially from the tap. Unique! Fruity fizzy note, such a perfectly fit for a warm summer evening. Most educated company added.
