4,5.Meget fyldig, mild syrlig næsten rund mellem smag, dag lidt mere sur tør med mængden. Men aldrig rigtig sour. Duften har dog syrligt præg.super lækker frugt lambic, hvis man kan kalde en 4 år gammel lambic en lambic.

Sindssyg lækker. Sød og dyb kirsebær. Ikke bitter eller skarp. Heller ikke for sød. Føles så naturlig. En god oplevelse

Extremely sharp, moderate+ acidity. Earthy cherries, a bit muddled. Not as fine as previously. Still got a 2019, 2020 & 2021 to sample
