A brett IPA with ginger that doesn't really taste like a brett, is a VERY weak IPA, and ginger is undetectable. Mikkeller is usually consistently solid but this is the worst I've ever had by them. And a bad finish and aftertaste to boot.

Syrlig med ingefær. Sitrus. Tydelig bitterhet. Urter og krydret. Vanskelig å bli klok på denne. Passer nok til asiatisk mat.

Ein bisschen anstrengend. Hopfen, Ingwer, Brett, dass ist im Geschmack zuviel für mich. Duftet aber gut.

Fun, interesting. Ginger comes through in aroma, lemon as well. Lemon continues in the flavour with subtle ginger, but didn’t really get any brett, which I was expecting given the name. Almost creamy mouthfeel, mild hops bitterness. Would drink again!

Subtle ginger smell. Smooth head. Lovely blend of hoppy and ginger spice. Perfect with a burger.
