Not my thing really. Som riesling action going on, but there is some unpleasant musty element in the background., which makes it quite dull. Past it's best days, maybe? It's not bubbly nor does it have mineral character. Oxidation?

Tad too sweet; understand why now after checking brew notes; brewed with Riesling juice hence the sweetness. Obviously how it’s suppose to be🤗

First taste hits the brain with cognitive dissonance trying to categorise it in the beer or champagne category. But subsequent sips lets you relax, forget about labels and just enjoy the slight sweet honey bridging together the beer and champagne aspects

very interesting flavor. scent was very much like champagne. noticed some honey notes in it.
