Initial though: "a beer with WHAT?" Smell is very tart, yet at the same time sweet, though hard to place. Taste is also very tart, fresh, sour. Glides over in an earthy taste. I get the ground part, but no distinct beetrot. Refreshing, crunchy. Weird :-)

like all in this series, this is very tart. the beet is a nice addition, but is secondary to the citric tartness. overall a nice, slightly earthy lambic-style sour beer that is worth trying if you can handle the extreme sourness.

Beetroot in beer is weird, but this was surprisingly drinkable

Sour and tart. I feel the beetroot but also lingonberry which would have been my guess if blindtasted. This series usually provides more depth and taste, with this I’m not overly convinced...

Tart, dry, yet with a soft mouthfeel. Earthy but to my mind not distictly beetroot. I would have had my money on some type of berry, rowan berry or along those lines.

Doft av sura bär och rödbetor. Syrlig smak med inslag av sura bär och rödbetor. Viss syrlighet och sälta i eftersmaken.

Funky lambic aroma, slight hint of sweet beetroot. Complex lambic characteristics. No beetroot though.
