Pours dark purple-hued. Aromas of huge tart/tangy/sour blueberry, blackberry some barnyard and hay. Leather, red wine vinegar, and yeast/oak earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of fruity/funky/acidic yeast, blueberries.

So, this bottle has not aged very well I'm afraid. Still definite blueberries, but wild character has intensified quite a lot

Pulled this from the cellar (from 2015). It's a Blueberry Bluebic! Beautiful collab. Brewed with blueberries and aged in oak bbls. It's on the nose and on the palate. Color. Blueberries and wood. Deceiving ABV. It's fucking delicious!! Aged really well.

Lots of blueberry, lovely funky lactic notes, smooth body, dry slightly astringent finish.

Carbonatação perfeita após 7 anos, cuja cor linda é condizente com a proposta de frutas vermelhas escuras com blueberry em destaque, aliás é bem marcante na ecidez e no paladar. Afinal, a sensação frutada é duradoura, resultando numa ótima drinkabilidade.
