Belgian candy sugar, some nuts, perhaps a bit of roast. This really lacks some bitterness or roast to balance out how sweet it is

OK freshness, massive body. Coffee and chocolate, well mixed with nuts, almonds and seasonal spices. Well balanced bitterness. Detectable alcohol, looong aftertaste.

On the nose, it’s absolutely incredible – full marzipan scent. It doesn’t quite match up on the taste. Still a really good beer. Dan Harnett, what are you on giving it 0.5?!

Søtlig, mørk sjokolade, marsipan, vanilje og lett kaffebitter. Smaker som marsipankonfekt, lett dynket med en vaniljelikør og med mørk sjokolade rundt. 🥳
