Duften er sur med let funk. Smagen er ret sur, en fin smag af citron, tør og har lidt sødme, og lidt fad. Eftersmagen er meget mild, let citron, ikke meget andet.

Very tasty - not for the weak as this is very sour then finishes with a lasting tartness that borders on heartburn
