Bottled 10apr2024. Very well balanced. Slightly tart cherry on top of the typical barrel aged notes of bourbon and vanilla. Smooth and easily drinkable.

Mahogany. Woody bourbon scent. Medium to full body. Tasty blend of bourbon and cherry with a nice sweetness along with an oakey presence. Getting some cherry vanilla on the finish. Well done.

This beer is amazing for really all months, doesn’t taste like 8.2, chuggable… great not over powered cherry flavor, nice barrel aged smoothness to round it out

I expect these cherry beers to taste like cough syrup. (Most do!). But this one was delightful. Sweet cherry flavor with a little bit of zing from barrel aging. Thicker mouthfeel, good for sipping.
