Nice strong bourbon flavor over the malty sweetness of a festbier, very nicely balanced

Grand Cru Bruocsella Lambic Bio (2018-2019)

Still and funky, as expected of a true lambic. Also fruity but not sweet

Kriek 100% Lambic

Funky, but not as much as the gueze. Dry tart cherry flavor comes through, with a particular hit at the end

Smooth, oaky, complex gueze

Lambic Grenache Blanc (2021)

The grapes add a non-sweet fruit taste reminiscent of wine

Single Barrel 1-Year Lambic

Very tasty, funky sour with light fruit. Ambience of the bar adds to the experience

Omnipresent

Subtle cherry sweetness, foeder funkiness and balanced sour, with some wine tannins for good measure

Belgian Twist

Agave makes it a very sweet tripel, with light spice and fruit
