Bitter hops, orange peel, and piney-resinous hops

Boozy, almost astringent. A little soapy also. Usually one of my favorites of the year. Maybe my palate is off.

Not a snifter beer, but it's the only Founders glass I have. This is ok, but just not my cup of...beer. Piney, dank...kinda like an Octoberfest bier minus all of the spices.

Hoppy. Not sure why I expected it to be smoother. It’s fine. Very cold helps. It’s hot out and that helps balance this out. Not too piney. But I ’m kind of whiney.
