Rose copper color. Clean refreshing ale with a tart cherry finish.

Sip rests heavy on the tongue, tart and metallic. Finishes tart and a bit sweet. A little bit cherry 7 up on the aftertaste.

Pours with a hazed pink body and no head, but a slight, white ring. Aroma of sweet cherries and wheat with a touch of cherry syrup. Taste is slightly bitter cherry pie filling. Not bad. Light carbonation and dryish mouthfeel.

Not a great example due to age and oxidation. But I can see the potential, a balance of sweet and tart.

Cherry is proper, not as tart as I was expecting. Almost like a cherry soda.

Cherry beers are tough, and this is a perfect example. That first taste is ‘Oh! That’s really good!’ But things go south the deeper you go in. The sweetness becomes cloying and by the end you want something bitter to clean your palate.
