Aged about 5-6 years. Big, rich, sweet, and boozy. Raisins and brown sugar all over it, giving an almost bourbonesque note to the big body. Finish has a subtle bite to it.

A very refreshing surprise! Not complicated. Very easy to enjoy. Would drink again!

April 2017 batch, so closing on 6 years aged. Boozy, bourbon caramel notes lead. Hops are present, but don’t show up until the finish, and then they linger.

Wow! All the advertised flavors are there and in perfect balance! Just a hint of booziness in the finish, which actually compliments the bourbon notes. Definitely a dipper to savor slowly and enjoy.

Opens with a sharp edged hoppiness that really stays. The hazy body is lighter than expected, but the hops rule all. Mostly sharp piney notes for me.

Cherry beers are tough, and this is a perfect example. That first taste is ‘Oh! That’s really good!’ But things go south the deeper you go in. The sweetness becomes cloying and by the end you want something bitter to clean your palate.

A strong cassis lambic. All the usual notes, just more of them. The difference is the oak, which brings a strong oaky dryness to the backside of the body and the finish. If you like the oak presence, you will love this!
