That's not bad... but it IS sweet, lol. Tastes like drinking maple syrup. Wouldn't want a lot

Yep, that's French toast. Unfortunately way too sweet, to the point it's practically undrinkable.

Love the standard Backwoods Bastard, but the sweet overtone is way too much. Not sure what I'll do with the other 3 bottles. I hope this new release ages well.

This tastes like an alcoholic bottle of maple syrup. I love Backwoods Bastard, but this version is far too sweet for my taste

You can definitely taste the bourbon barrel! Yes it is strong. Had to eat with it.

The maple smell and flavor, while strong, seemed kind of artificial and off putting to me for some reason. Had to pair this with some delicious cinnamon pretzels (thanks Denny) to make it through.

Not a rea look fan...way to sweet and heavy on the maple. Then you get a real boozy finish.

This is like drinking some sort of alcoholic syrup. Vanilla flavor is way too prevalent.
