The first sip was superb. But each sip became increasingly sweeter and the cumulative affect was overly so. And I only had a flight size. I think I’d stick with the traditional Bastard in the future.

The french toast taste lingers for a while, it's a great sipper.

Tastes just like French toast with maple syrup. No shit. Very good. But, a novelty beer. Only a small volume is necessary. It's good though.

Tough to drink all of it. Very good for the first half

Taste like breakfast you get the maple syrup and nice balance of sweetness.

Can def taste the maple! Very boozy. I'm just more of a "beer" fan

Mmm. Yep, that's french toast alright. Incredible capture of the maple syrup, butter, honey, cinnamon, and breadiness of the french toast experience. I expected a stout, but this is more watery and thin like a brown ale. But don't fix what ain't broke.

Great taste at first wouldn’t get more than one

Sweet maple, vanilla, and spicy cinnamon. I usually don't care for maple or cinnamon beers, but I really like this.

Nails the maple syrup unlike any other maple beer I’ve had. Best had in small quantities.
