Maple and graham crackers, but a woodsy finish for me.

Not as boozy as 11.1% would lead you to believe. You can get the scotch but no overwhelming. Definitely maple forward and a bread finish. It’s what a French toast, barrel aged should taste like.

Little too sweet to be a routine choice but great maple flavors make this a drinkable and dangerous 11% beer.

Scotch ales / Wee heavy my favorite brews. Complex front end has maple syrup sweetness, a lot of alcohol on the finish. Vanilla & bourbon on the nose, with a little barrel aged goodness as well. Thick and rich, Pretty good but @ 11.1% it's a sipper.
