This isnt grandma's french toast. Its all grown up and for thr big kids. The vanilla and the bourbon hit right up front, like the syrup would. It finishes a little lighter with a fresh vanilla note

4.35 - I find this VERY good, flavors lend rather well to the wee scotch heavy base, pulling in a lot of vanilla, cinnamon, and barrel. Thanks for the birthday beer Jeff L. And Becky B.

How do they keep so much maple syrup flavor? I could pour this on my pancakes! Delicious. Breakfast beer for dinner!

From last night. So much maple. It really reminds me of French toast. There are flavors and aromas of maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, toast, brown sugar, caramel, bourbon, wood and slightest hint of coconut.

Smells exactly like french toast. Tons of maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg aroma. Lots of maple flavor with some vanilla and barrel. The scotch ale peaks through right at the end. Pretty good beer.
