You’d swear you were drinking a French Toast if that was possible. A tad too sweet for my tastes, but this is a good beer.

Thinner than I expected -- but it is a scotch ale. Loads of cinnamon. Hint of maple. Solid on the booze.

Wow! Awesome breakfast in drinkable form. Definitely want second breakfast. Looks and smells like maple syrup. Sweet French toast!

Nose is a very pleasant balance of vanilla, cinnamon, and maple. Lighter than expected, fizzy, perfect amount of maple sweetness, cinnamon astringency, a hint of vanilla caramel, with a warming finish from ABV

From last night. So much maple. It really reminds me of French toast. There are flavors and aromas of maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla, toast, brown sugar, caramel, bourbon, wood and slightest hint of coconut.

Smells exactly like french toast. Tons of maple syrup, cinnamon, and nutmeg aroma. Lots of maple flavor with some vanilla and barrel. The scotch ale peaks through right at the end. Pretty good beer.
