2 years has really done well for adjuncts. Served fresh, this beer is too sweet with the maple but it has mellowed and reminds me of a dessert coffee.

Maple has held nicely and still quite a delicious barrel aged stout. I wish it had more, but I also said that when fresh. Still does the job very well!

I found a bottle in a box of beer after I moved. I think his has been bottle conditioned for about two years now. It's still boozy, sweet, smooth, with a touch of coffee on the backside. Hope they roll out this delicious brew again 💙🍻🍻🍻

Found this in the beer fridge at The Drunken Shamrock. Let the bottle sit about 45 minutes before opening. Mellowed out since 2019. This place has a great beer selection. 😀

Surprisingly didn’t age the best but probably my basement storage vs beer issue. Still tasty just lost flavor.

This one is so good aged a bit. Melded flavors give great maple flavor with chocolate and less bitter coffee. The oak imparts great vanilla and raisiny flavors come thru but not too powerful. The head stays the whole time. Mellowed a bit and still great

Wife was thirsty, so I had to help. Don't judge, it has breakfast in its name. Its a cold day on the prairie, so must stay warm.
