Maple and chocolate nose. You'd better like that barrel aged sharpness - if you do, this is an amazing beer. Mostly chocolate and maple, a little roast.

Shocking how many bottles of Founders I still have lying around. Anywho, chocolate then coffee, still very powerful. Sickly maple has dropped off though.

This ages very well. Only one left from 2019 and will save it for next year. So smooth and love the chocolate and maple notes.

My god...its full of awesome. Perfect sippin' territory. Big chocolate, maple, coffee. Sweet, just short of cloying. Thick. A little chalky chocolate as it fades. A nip of soy sauce. Very little heat considering the ABV. Stupendous.

Amazing on the nose, chocolate coffee vanilla maple syrup taste, smooth sweet slight bourbon and booze taste...but truly awesome, love it...!! Shame they have discontinued, savour it whilst we can👌
