Was holding a couple of these to age & also since they quit making it, but since they started it again this year I'm ready to drink the stash. Aging has done this well & created a balanced brew w/ more subtle chocolate & maple, finishing w/ bourbon burn.

Aged 4 years and has aged well. Not much barrel but otherwise chocolate coffee maple come through nicely. Happy holidays my friends

Oxided as hell. Literally, not enjoyable in the slightest. If you're going to age this, make sure to keep it refrigerated.

My annual Xmas cbs, this one compared to the latest 2023 vintage. 2019 wins out. Richer, more sugary molasses notes and depth. Love this beer
