Boozy with a nice bitterness from the coffee. Bottled over a year ago has slightly enhanced its flavor profile (4.10)

8:30am is the perfect time for an Imperial Stout, right? Like Seth said, it is aged in Maple Syrup Bourbon Barrels. Cheers!

Best Fresh. The maple and coffee has fallen off as expected after over a year. Still good but not what it was. I personally will not be aging anymore KBS, CBS etc etc.

Semisweet chocolate, somewhat boozy, subtle maple in the back. Well aged. Good nor'easter sipper.

Finished my lion puzzle today after 4 days so I'm celebrating it with one of my favourite Stouts. My bottle is not very fresh anymore this time, resulting in some depth of flavours. Eagerly awaiting the new batch of CBS.

Hard to hate! Maple is on point, barrel is light but coffee brings to a solid finish
