A little less maple-y than previous years, esp. 2014 and 2016 but still a big boozy barrel of dark chocolate and coffee goodness.

Жаль, что с KBS не сравнить. Но, по воспоминаниям, CBS чуть мягче и слаще. Шикарный аромат с кофе. Вкус то в кофе, то в тёмный шоколад. Похоже, сироп делает бурбон не таким сушащим, но всё ещё ощутимым. Ну и согревающий финиш. Дорого, но истинно кайф.

Thick pour. Soft coffee chocolate. Nice warming and little to none booze in bad way.

Roasty and boozy. Probably past its prime. Apparently one of the weaker batches, wish I got the taste the previous ones. 😪

Holy cow! Big flavor profile, coffee, caramel, hops! Very good!

Maple is muted after 2 years. Brings a nice sweetness, but not overly so. Bourbon is present, but not overwhelming. Nicely balanced.

CBS in 12oz btls. Who knew. I sold a 750 of this on eBay for $175 many moons ago.
