As this aged, the booziness calms down, and the sweetness intensifies. The mouthfeel is thick, almost syrup-like. Great brew when aged or fresh!

It's aging well. Was worried about losing the maple. It's still there. Glad I stocked up.

Very well rounded. Maple mid sip. Chocolate and coffee finish. There's a bourbon presence throughout, but is in the background. (shhh ... I found a secret stash of CBS)
