Tasty. Been a minute since i dabbled. Seems coarse compared to the epic stouts i had with KP a few weeks back. The sun has set on founders for any number of reasons.

Great to have this again. As always, very well balanced. A little bit muted but may be (in part) a function of being served too cold.

I like the touch of maple. The 2019 is stronger/boozier than the 2017 KBS.

Van de Tap, smaakt me erg goed! Veel beter dan de recente release. Subtiele Maple, chocolade, diepe mout/roast. Prima bittertje ook voor de balans. Lekker!

Maple is still strong. Coffee is beginning to fade a little

Still has its sweetness. Strong alcoholic taste, still. Faint maple, it’s losing its punch, unfortunately.

Really sweet upfront. I would have liked more maple flavor. A little harsh finish with a slight alcohol taste. Maybe leave this one in pantry for another year.
