Pours a clear golden color. Mild aroma of coffee, vanilla and cocoa. The taste matches the aroma. Mild and light, great for a summer day, but with flavor.

Damn. Everything its described to be. Coffee, vanilla, cacao with some sweetness is all there. Reminds me of an even better JP Casper White Stout.

Rating on the style, it’s definitely one of the best golden/blonde ales I’ve had. All the flavors work together in balance but you know each one is present individually. Plus everyone knows that Founders does coffee beer very well.

I have hard feelings for Founders, but damn do they make good beer. Aroma of a caramel and vanilla mocha with a coffee heavy flavour. a great balance of coffee roast and malty sweet. It plays well with the adjuncts, a very nice beer.

Yes. Smooth vanilla mixed with great coffee. The body of the beer is a crisp and a little sweet. I could have several more without complaints.

I like this more than I thought I would! Boulevard made a coffee ale a couple years ago that I liked - but since then I’ve found most to be a “miss”

Rich coffee and cocoa flavors. Sweet vanilla and caramel notes throughout. Along with some lactose. Silky smooth for 8%. A delicious golden ale.

I don't know if a brewery does better than Founders at bottled beer regardless of born on date. Only can imagine this on draft.
