A rail car of hops in every can. But it’s balanced. Good brew at a nice price. ($2.99/16oz at Siciliano’s) 80 ibu 9.2 abv.

First imperial IPA I've had from Founders. Not hazy so not so heavy as many, but sure is good on the ABV.

Another of my favorites. An excellent balance of hops and malt (and a bit of caramel?).

Pours a filtered tarnish golden. Nose of pine and grass, traces of lemon citrus. Boozy, yes, the alcohol clings to oily pine, hiding it only a little, sour citrus, lemons in the aftertaste, hop spicy in the alcoholic finish, a lingering warmth. Ok DIPA.

Not a bad beer at all, but to me it tastes just like almost every other Imperial IPA that I've ever had. With all of the hype that it gets I was expecting it to have some sort of unique character to set it apart from all of the others.

Enjoyed this beer. Very mellow hops. Smooth and crisp.

Excellent imperial IPA. Tons of piney flavor. Another fantastic brew from Founders.

9.2% ABV, 80 IBUs - Canned: 03.15.21 - Plain and simple, Nectar of the IPA God's in my opinion!

Another hype/legend type beer checked. Extremely balanced. Malty and hoppy and bitter, but smooth as the transition of hotness between Reese Witherspoon and her daughter. Seamless. Happy Easter 🐣🐰🐇

Had to check in again, because it's better than my original score. Actually, GOOD backbone. Really like this beer!
