On the board as a Belgian ale, but a total fruit sour. I hate sours but this one is on the sweeter side and I’m enjoying it as a dessert. Not a bad save!

Wow this pairs so good. That raspberry goes so well with the tequilla barrels. This is fruity complex delicious. Might be my favorite monk varient. Yum.

Bordering on medicinal, but this pulls it off. Fruity, sweet and definite tequila barrel character. Well done.
