I didn’t think Blushing Monk could get any better and then Founders aged it in Tequila barrels. Bingo, it got better. Amazing boozy raspberry dessert!

Tequila barrel aged Blushing Monk? Sign me the fuck up! Tastes like the original with a warmer finish. The tequila is more subtle than what you’d get out of Mas Agave. Good choice for my 500 beer on here!

Absolutely fantastic! Flavor has mellowed some and then added in a nice base of tequila. Still plenty tart. Enjoy!

Hot damn, this is good. Damn good. The tequila adds a layer of complexity to an already remarkable beer, and also gives a little alcohol bite. The tartness is still there, but subdued a little bit. Not much though. Remarkable work Founders.

Tasty berry and jammy like mouthfeel. Salty and a lil sweet. Tequila comes through nicely. Great sipper.

Clear ruby red color, foamy pinkish collar and soapy lacing, slight tequila aroma and taste, sweet raspberry notes, subtle oak on finish.
