This is... interesting. First sip I was unsure. I seem to like it more with every sip tho. I've never had anything like this to even try and compare it to. Very different.

Was very excited for this to finally return. It's good, but not quite as good as I remember. Palate mightv changed a bit. Tart up front then a bit of maple and a wave of bourbon.

I'm not sure a year underground in the cellar did this one any favors. Seems to have lost some body and is boozer now, but not in the good way.

I was excited about this one, and it saddened me. Poured great, looked great, tasted... Not great. Sour finish. Definitely not what I expected. Disappointed.
