Getting a bitter chocolatey taste rather than coffee. Smells delicious but the taste doesn't even come close. Not for me!

2nd review. Let sit a little. Color is dark brown with peach tea light behind. Floaters present. Aroma is sweet chocolate coffee. Bourbon wood. Vanilla. Taste is still mostly exclusively bourbon barrels. Ya I’m just not into this beer unfortunately.

Um gosto presente de café. Colocação bem escura. Bem forte o álcool, sensação de whisky.

A kinda weird sour kick at the end diminishes an otherwise solid bba stout.

Not great at first, getting better later. But not a favorite of theirs really. Strong whisky taste.Its alright.

Tasty for sure but bourbon overload. Not how I like my beer but they accomplished their description. Founders does good. More coffee please. Less bourbon and syrup taste.

Underground bier dat moeilijk te raten valt. Geen idee wat die dwergen onder de grond gewend zijn. Voor ons bovengrondse bevolking lijkt dit sterk op vloeibare Toffifee. Zou niet misstaan als topping bij nen ijscrème...

Very bold, strong coffee, chocolate flavor and thick. Something I would drink next to a fire or for dessert.

Super rich, heavily-flavored, and over the top. Tastes strongly of coffee and cocoa, plus bourbon barrel character, and very sweet. More like a hefty dessert porter than a brown ale. Becomes cloying long before finishing a bottle.

Amai toch meer koffie en chocolade in deze barrel aged dan ik verwacht had. Dacht een brown ale op Bourbon vat MAAR eerder zwart koude koffie en dat aan bijna 12%
